GradStart
The hiring of graduates brings fresh ideas, stimulates innovation and introduces a new perspective on products, processes and business models.
The GradStart initiative offers support to Enterprise Ireland client companies to hire up to three graduates at any one time, for a graduate contract duration of two years.
Spotlight on Skills
In partnership with the Department of Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation & Science and the IMI and Enterprise Ireland, the Spotlight on Skills programme helps businesses create a company skills plan to identify and address their critical skills needs, build capability and achieve strategic growth.
The programme is targeted at senior managers with knowledge of the entire business function and future growth strategy.
Exploring Innovation grant
The Exploring Innovation grant supports better planning of R&D, Innovation or International Collaboration projects by encouraging companies to:
- Do some strategic thinking around disruptive technologies.
- Investigate solutions that may be available from the 3rd level sector.
- Develop a prototype in order to assist in the evaluation of project options.
- Analyse the commercial feasibility of the project – resources required, risks and potential return on investment.
Skills for Better Business
Skills for Better Business offers a management development journey to help you:
- Identify your management / leadership development capabilities and skills needs by completing the Skills for Better Business Online Assessment
- Navigate and avail of the various management development training opportunities depending on your needs
Equity Matters webinar series
